Thank you for shopping with Hopefuel!

Your order will be processed and ready to ship 1-3 business days after placing it. Our standard shipping time frame is up to 2 - 5 business days to receive your order once it is processed.

Returns
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your delivery date.  Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.  Any signs of use including finger prints, dented pages, used tabs or writing will render the item ineligible for return. Please thoroughly inspect your items for any of the aforementioned wear before sending back to us. Items deemed ineligible for return will not be returned to the sender.   

Printables and stickers are non-refundable.

Once your item is received it will be inspected and upon approval a refund will be applied to your original payment method, minus the original shipping fees.

Exchanges
If you've ordered the wrong item, we'll happily help you exchange it, so long as the item is unused.    

Damages or Errors
If your planner is damaged in transit we will replace it.  Also, please note that our planners are hand assembled so imperfections can occur. If your planner appears to be incorrect, please contact us immediately for a replacement

Shipping
We will ship the Hope Planner to the entire world for his namesake. Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination and are provided directly by the shipping provider without any markup. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

For orders delivering in the US, our shipping rates vary between $6 - $15 depending on weight, that covers shipping and handling. Expedited shipping incurs an additional fee.

International orders require 2-4 weeks or longer, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. 

Order Changes
Because our shipping partner works swiftly to get all of our orders out immediately, we cannot make any changes to your order. Please verify all of your information is correct before placing your order. 

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax in the State of Florida. Please note sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to addresses within that state.
